A free support and education session for all cardiac patients on the first Thursday of the month from 9.00am-12.00pm. Topics include heart disease, heart failure, heart-healthy eating, medicines for your heart, exercise for your heart, questions and answers with the cardiac nurse specialist, emotional well-being and stress management.
