The group offers peer-support, individual-directed assistance and information with a vision of 'sharing the journey with those who are on the same path'. We have guest speakers from the healthcare sector: Doctors, Cardiologists, Pharmacists, Dietitians, Physiotherapists, Cardiac Rehabilitation specialists, and provide network referrals to heart healthcare professionals in the local community. Our vision is to save lives through better community education on heart disease and improve the lives of those already living with heart disease. Meets on the first Thursday of every month, from 10am - 11am.

Optimize Health offer specialised exercise assessment and rehabilitation for cardiovascular disease.
